All one-bedroom suites are two-room apartments, equipped with oceanfront balconies, queen-size beds, whirlpool tubs, queen-size sleeper sofa, kitchens with microwave ovens, color TV in both living room and bedroom, and a DVD

• Weekly rates are discounted. No other discounts apply.
• An administration fee of $25 is charged for cancelled reservations that are less than 30 days from arrival day. This applies for reservations between May 1 and September 30.
• Days = Sun - Thur | Weekend = Fri - Sat | Weekly = 7 nights
• The Four Sails is a family property. We don't allow parties.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Children 17 and under are free in parents room.
• One nights room rate required for advance deposit.
• When sending a check for advance deposit, please indicate date of arrival All major credit cards honored.
• Cancellations are required 72 hours prior to arrival date for full refund of deposit.
• Additional adults are $10.00 extra per night.
• Cribs are free & rollaway beds are $10.00 per night (upon availability).
• Check in time is after 3:00 p.m.
• Check out time is before 11:00 a.m.
• Guest's requests for specific room or floor are not guaranteed (we will make every effort to meet your request).
• One free parking space per unit.
• Only one discount to apply per visit (AAA, AARP, weekly, RCI, etc.).
• 13% sales tax plus $1.00 occupancy tax per night (not included in room rate).
